OpenHouse 2007
We had a couple of family days out at the recent OpenHouse 2007
Just two buildings visited this year: Earl's Court on Cork Street, which served as a bit of a reminder of Apartment living for us, and Busaras, which was impressive.
Earl's Court has some pretty impressive views over the city (including the back of our place) and the scheme is quite well designed in comparison to much of the dross that has turned Cork St. into a bit of an urban canyon.
It's not the most family friendly of developments though, with very little communal space and certainly nothing aimed at kids. The apartments themselves seem a bit on the small side. The finishes are good, but overall the scheme seems firmly aimed at the entry level and short term renter end of the market.
